Team55 is the on-campus technology support for students at ACU. We are committed to providing support for students’ technology-related needs, including:

  • Personal computer support, for both Mac and Windows computers
  • Mobile device support
  • Library Laptop Checkout
  • Library computer support
  • Uniprint services (on-campus printing system)

Our PitStop is located in the Brown Library, straight through the main entrances. Students, Faculty, and Staff are welcome to come to the PitStop for in-person support with a device or for assistance with accessing myACU and related online services.

For more in-depth processes that take a long time to perform, students can check in their computers to our Repair Center, where our technicians can do several procedures, including:

  • Virus/Malware removal
  • Advanced Troubleshooting
  • System Maintenance
  • Operating System Repair/Reinstall
  • Hardware Diagnostics
  • Data Backups/Recovery
  • Apple Warranty Repairs

If students need technology support in their on-campus residency (a residence hall or a University Park Apartment), they can contact Team55 and schedule a ResNet appointment to have a technician come to their rooms or apartments.
