Designed to address the competency needs identified by the Healthcare Leadership Alliance, the MHA curriculum is informed by five competency domains of: Leadership, Communication and Relationship Management, Professionalism, Knowledge of the Healthcare Environment, and Business Knowledge and Skills.

Admission Requirements

  • Application for admission with a nonrefundable processing fee.
  • Official transcript delivered securely from the regionally accredited college or university that awarded the baccalaureate degree to the applicant.
  • A 3.0 or better cumulative undergraduate GPA. Probational admission may be given to students with a 2.5-2.99 cumulative undergraduate GPA, with full admission granted after successful completion of three courses with a 3.0 or higher GPA.
  • Acknowledgement of the Christian identity of the university and program.
  • Resume or CV.
  • Purpose statement reflecting the student’s goals in obtaining the MHA degree.
